1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PropRadar (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

PropRadar is an independent informational and review platform that:

  • Lists proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”)
  • Provides comparisons, ratings, and user reviews
  • Aggregates publicly available and third-party data

We do not:

  • Act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary
  • Offer trading accounts or funded accounts
  • Execute trades

3. Financial & Regulatory Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

UK (FCA Context)

PropRadar is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on this Platform constitutes a financial promotion under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).

US (SEC / CFTC Context)

PropRadar is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

We do not provide:

  • Investment advice (as defined under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940)
  • Brokerage services

UAE (VARA / SCA Context)

PropRadar is not licensed by:

  • Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)
  • Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA)

  • Endorsement of any prop firm

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading (including prop firm trading) involves significant risk, including potential loss of capital.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting independent research
  • Assessing risks before engaging with any firm

5. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account confidentiality
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. User Reviews & Content

By submitting content:

  • You grant PropRadar a global, royalty-free license to use and display it
  • You confirm it reflects a genuine experience

Prohibited Content:

  • False or misleading reviews
  • Defamation or harassment
  • Fake testimonials (important for FTC compliance)
  • Incentivized reviews without disclosure

We reserve the right to remove content without notice.

7. Affiliate Disclosure (US FTC + UK CMA Requirement)

PropRadar may receive compensation from listed firms through:

  • Affiliate links
  • Sponsored placements

This does not influence rankings, unless explicitly stated.

This disclosure complies with:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
  • Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)

8. Third-Party Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Actions or services of prop firms
  • Contracts between users and third parties

Any engagement is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by PropRadar.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content
  • Scrape or extract data
  • Use automated tools without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under:

  • UK law
  • US state laws
  • UAE civil law

We are not liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Trading losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PropRadar against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your submitted content

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For breach of Terms
  • For misuse of the Platform

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

If PropRadar’s legal entity is incorporated elsewhere (for example UAE or Delaware, USA), governing law and venue may differ—confirm the correct jurisdiction with qualified legal counsel for your operating company.
